# Koolology Iteration 3 — Market-Leader Proposition Upgrade This iteration develops the approved premium national design into a stronger operating proposition rather than adding decorative website features. ## Core additions ### Koolology Passport Every installed system can be given a permanent digital record containing equipment identity, approved design information, project photographs, commissioning records, warranty information, manuals, service history and future recommendations. Public QR access must never expose customer or property data; authenticated access should be used for private records. ### Koolology Care The aftercare offer is now structured around three scalable routes: - **Care Home** — servicing, reminders, Passport history, warranty support and priority aftercare. - **Care Business** — adds asset records, planned maintenance visibility and commercial documentation. - **Care Estate** — designed for multi-site owners and operators with portfolio-level visibility and lifecycle planning. ### 30-Day Comfort Review The Installation Standard now includes a post-install review to confirm controls, comfort, noise concerns and any early operational questions after the customer has lived with the system. ### No Unapproved Extras The quotation and installation proposition now makes a clearer promise: if site conditions create a legitimate variation, it is explained and approved before chargeable additional work proceeds. This is deliberately different from an unrealistic fixed-price-at-any-cost promise. ### Koolology Comfort Plan The existing Comfort Brief has been upgraded from lead capture into a preliminary planning experience. Its result now provides: - likely starting solution - systems worth comparing - technical survey focus - property considerations - comfort priorities - indicative investment route - recommended next step Final equipment selection and capacity remain subject to technical survey and engineering assessment. ## Installation Standard The homepage Installation Standard has been expanded to nine visible commitments: 1. Evidence-led sizing 2. Positions and routes agreed first 3. Noise considered inside and outside 4. Property or operations protected 5. No unapproved extras 6. Tested, commissioned and documented 7. Controls and handover explained 8. Koolology Passport created 9. 30-Day Comfort Review This is intended to become an auditable delivery method, not just marketing copy. ## Commercial proposition The commercial section now includes: - Passport-based asset records - Koolology Care for planned maintenance - portfolio visibility for multi-site estates - lifecycle planning - a cautious TM44 compliance route that explicitly depends on the appropriate accredited energy assessor where required ## Pricing transparency The residential hub now contains a guide-pricing framework. Prototype values remain placeholders until real commercial assumptions are approved, but the structure demonstrates how Koolology will explain typical project bands, what is included and what materially changes price. ## National SEO architecture New high-intent pages have been added for: - Bedroom air conditioning - Whole-home air conditioning - Apartment air conditioning - Office air conditioning - Multi-site air conditioning - Ducted air conditioning - Multi-split air conditioning These pages are deliberately service-led rather than mass-produced town pages. The homepage title has also been strengthened to target UK air-conditioning installation and climate-control intent while keeping the visible brand experience premium. ## UX refinements - Main navigation now groups the commercial offer under **Solutions**. - Koolology Care and Passport are exposed from relevant journeys instead of being isolated features. - Mobile sticky CTA appears only after the original hero CTA has left view. - The top authority bar has been simplified. - Proof messaging now emphasises the customer's installation experience as well as equipment. - The quotation section explicitly explains design decisions and variation approval. ## Prototype integrity Claims such as manufacturer partner level, review volumes, registration numbers, exact warranty periods, finance products and guide prices remain placeholders until verified. Their presence in the prototype is intentional and should not be treated as missing design work.
